
We provide strategy consulting in several steps.
1. Initial review and assessment of your
business
We would like to talk and discuss your business, find out your current
status, your problems (if any), your products/services. We would
then devise a plan of action to create the strategy required to
build and grow your business .. this might involve some basic research,
analysis of how you do your business, analysis of all potential
markets of your products/services.
We answer the key questions:
1. What does your customer want or need in terms of your products
and/or services?
2. What are the right markets for your product/service – and
how to prioritise them.
3. Have you accurately defined the primary focus of your market?
4. What do you know about your important customers that your competitors
don't know?
5. How can you differentiate your company/product/service from those
of your competitors?
This process ensures that our strategies and recommendations are
always based on the realities of the business and the unique needs
of your target market.
2. Commitment
On presenting our initial ideas – we ask you to sign an initial
document to ensure mutual confidentiality.
On submission of our basic plan on how we are going to achieve
the above and once both of us agree to proceed, there would be a
one-time small fee (depending on the size and nature of your company)
and charged only after the first meeting, to show some commitment
to providing assistance where and when needed, general business
information, financial data and so on, in order to finalise our
recommendations.
Once agreement to proceed has been reached, we will come back to
you with a broad outline of how we are going to go about it, what
is required from both sides, what we expect to achieve, some timing
and a proposal on our performance based remuneration.
3. Set growth targets
We will also set growth targets within a given term, based on the
implementation of our ideas and strategies. If requested, we will
overview the implementation process either with your own existing
suppliers (advertising/PR agency, art studio, printers, copywriters,
photographers, etc) or we can sub-contract to the right people,
on your behalf.
4. No income, no fees
Thereafter, we work on a ‘results-based’ system.
We charge a percentage on the increased amount of revenue we create
for your business. It’s simple and risk free !
At worst you spend a couple of hours talking to us and talking
about your business, in an analytical manner – not a bad thing
in itself. |
